I know this is a bit odd but am hopping you can help. I just received the following from James Tanner, one of the better know bloggers in the online genealogy community. Can you recommend anyone of the Google+ Blogger Team that I can refer him to about his problem? Any help would be appreciated.

You might be aware that I am having a very strange problem with my Blogger program changing the fonts in the menus to Amharic. I have posted a few blog post outlining the problem. Tony indicated he had talked to you and suggested you might be able to find someone at Google who can solve this problem. I have had some of the best Internet programmers look at it and we have determined that it is an issue with the preference file in in Blooger assigning my account a different text style without allowing me to change it back through my file preferences at any level. 

If this is something you can help with I would be very grateful. But if not, I will understand entirely. Let me know what you need to know from me.

16:54John Brown=I just loaded the URL Michael provided in the comment stream into Chrome on my MotoX mobile phone and am currently watching this session live  on both my desktop and the phone.  Working for me.

16:56Tom Batkin=I was very disappointed when I went to watch a "LIVE" HOA that was promoted as a HOA and it was just a video playing at that time... just saying!
