Is a Chromebook with a minimum amount of Ram suitable for hosting a Hangout On Air?

The test will be conducted using an Acer C710 with 2GB of RAM.
We hope to test using 3 cameras:
C710 built in webcam
Logitech c525
Logitech c920

We also plan to test using ethernet and Wi-Fi to see if/how it affects the quality of the HOA.

I've watched some of Richard Wright's videos and his 'problems' don't seem as severe as in his email- thus I' unsure how serious his problems are or if he uses them as an excuse for trolling.

""we" can't deal with Richard's problems - I and several dozen others have blocked him. When he sends email claiming that another community member's mother has died  - well, that is, imho, a step too far.

 In either case, it is out of our hands... except maybe for suggesting he seek more professional help.

I see you have had some exchanges with Richard Wright. Several of us have  had to block him. He pretends to have some sort of mental handicap but he is really nothing but a troll and constantly sends emails that really make no sense. Just thought you ought to know.
