Your original posts mentioned the registration page banner. I now see you are talking about the Confirmation e-mail. A coup;e of things...

1). You wouldn't want to use the same image on the e-mail as it would be much too big.

2). On the Confirmation E-Mail a smaller logo is, imho, better as it does not distract from the message.

I've attached a copy of my confirmation email to show what I meean.

The small logo size is 87x87.
