You are listening to music always. At home from Television, cell phone, radio or from the neighbors flat or from outside, in the shopping center, at the dentist…
And sometimes you find yourself humming a melody popping up from your memory. How is your mood when that happens? Maybe you smile in recognition of the tune connected with good times – or it is painful to be reminded.
Music has an extreme power over us, if we are aware of that or not. It can be used to heat people up, to send them to war – or to calm them down, to give them pleasure and to connect them with their emotions.
Today we will discuss the Healing Powers of Music, how we can use music to handle our emotions and from there to become more mature human beings.

_How do I start living my new life?
How do I overcome my fear?
The oak gives me courage
The rocks are my team
I hear all the answers
In the music of the stream._
