I see you mention video - are you planning to try and show one during your HOA? That can be tricky depending on copyright issues, etc.

Exactly what type of HOA are you planning on doing?
1) Traditional (linking G+Event with YT video)?
2) SHOAE (Scheduled Hangout On Air Event)?
3) Other?

I'm  free most afternoons and early evenings if you'd like to Hangout about your HOA.
