Andrew Hatchett Looks like a scam and possible virus. Microsoft doesn't call you. I've seen things similar to this before. If you call the number they want like 100 dollars or so to fix it when there is nothing wrong with it
I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of it. She can't close the tab or move away from that screen. Rebooting just brings it back - and since she's on a chromebook we know Microsoft has nothing to ro with it.
Well- I somehow hit enough buttons to get rid of it ( at least for now).. Now making sure she has everything in the cloud and off her internal drive just in case a power wash is needed.

Andrew Hatchett i would contact chromebook if thats possible. I think there was a problem with the latest release of chrome os. Look at this.
