Andrew Hatchett the volume was kind of low. i had to set the volume full on to hear it normal whereas normally i have it on around a 3rd of the distance to full.
richard clarkson Thanks for the feedback. Most of my previous recordings were done using the webcam mikes which seem to have a higher volume input. I'm still learning how to control external devices from this chromebox since you can't install download/install specific drivers/control software for them.
