Sometime you just wonder.... Dispatch to Officer: "Caller reports a person walking on the sidewalk in front of the house." Officer : "Just walking past? And what is suspicious about that?"
I went for a walk from my hotel once, on one of my many visits to CA (up in Novato), and two different people stopped to ask if I was OK. Unbelievable!

ReplyDeletePeople don't recognize their neighbors. People leave the car and go into their homes without ever glancing what the outside looks like.
