OK-So I left Feedback - Now What happens??
We are encouraged to leave feedback. We are told all feedback is read. Fine. Then What?
Let's look at the detailed steps taken between the time feedback is submitted and the steps taken before a decision is (or is not) made to act on said feedback:
1). User leaves Feedback
2). Feedback Team Reads Feedback
3).EXACTLY what action does Feedback Team Member do next with the feedback they just read?
I wonder if #2 is correct above Andrew. Guess it should read: 'Google algorithms crunch and summarize user feedback'?
